Nick + Teresa

When I sat down for the first time with Nick and Teresa to talk about buying a home, I knew immediately that they were my type of people.  I am always a little bit anxious when meeting with new clients for the first time, but Nick and Teresa made me feel immediately comfortable with their down-to-earth demeanors and easygoing nature.   We had been connected through social media, and had several mutual friends— I know… that is SO Fresno. They were both nurses (can you say power couple?!) and were ready to settle into a house they could call home.

Nick and Teresa were looking for a 4 bedroom home that would allow them to entertain and spread out with their family.   We hit the ground running searching for The One, and after several weeks I got the fateful text, “MacKenzie, this one is perfect! When can we see it?!”.  

Less than 2 hours later we were walking through their dream home.  It was absolutely perfect— a large open-concept floorpan with oversized picture windows looking out to one of the most gorgeous pools I have ever seen.  We were the very first showing, wrote a strong offer, and even after multiple other offers came in, Nick and Teresa were under contract.

Less than 30 days later, we officially closed on Nick and Teresa’s new home this past week.  I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such kind, genuine people.  I can not wait to see what this next chapter holds for them in their amazing new home.

Sometimes I pinch myself… is this really my job?!
