Allyson

I meet Allyson a few years ago through a bible study at our church, The Well. That semester of study was on the book of Proverbs, and I loved getting to know Allyson as we studied our Word together leaning into the principles of wisdom and how to live a life pleasing to God.

Fast forward to June of this year, Allyson reached out to me about the possibility of buying her first home. We met at my office and discussed the home buying process from A-Z. Allyson had some amazing questions and I was throughly impressed with her attention to detail and knowledge about the buying process.

Allyson got pre-approved quickly with an amazing lender that I work with (shoutout Jessica Gonzalez!) and away we went looking for homes in North Fresno. We found a contender the first day we looked, but unfortunately after inspections came back on the home it was clear that it wasn’t the house for her. We re-focused on her target neighborhood of Woodward Lakes and as fate would have it, the PERFECT home popped up on the market the same very day.

We went to go see the home that very day and had an offer in before sundown. It was a very competitive situation as this home was in pristine condition in a highly-sought after neighborhood, but Allyson wrote a very clean offer and we entered escrow just a day later. Less than 30 days later, Allyson closed on her very first home!
