I am so excited to share with you guys today about a new adventure I started this past month instructing at Spyn Cycle Studio! We have been open for about a month and I have been so busy with real estate and getting back into the swing of teaching that I haven’t been able to pop on here to share this new venture with you all! I promise you, I’m going to get better at this blogging thing!

So here it goes….

Spyn is a brand new LOCAL cycling studio located conveniently on the corner of First + Herndon. We offer a variety of energy-packed classes that cater to all fitness levels. It has been so fun to get back into instructing and help inspire my riders to show up for their goals, and to show up for the LIVES— because they are worth it. And so are you friend!

One thing I especially love about Spyn is that it is a local business. There is something about supporting local that tugs a heart string of mine. Corporate cookie cutter box gyms can not offer the home-grown, authentic, REAL vibe that a local business can.

I would LOVE for you to come out and give it a try, ON ME. The best things happen outside of your comfort zone, so consider this your sign that it is time to drop the excuses and find your results.
