I will introduce you to one of my best-of-the-best lenders and they will go over all your financials and show you your options for a home loan. They will discuss with you how much house you can afford, what your monthly payment will be, and how much money you will need to put down. First-time home buyer loans come with as little as 3% down! Once you decide your budget, then I step in. I have the fun job— helping you find the perfect house!
