Chip + Abby
Being able to work with friends is such a treat. I have known Chip and Abby for years — I was there the day they met!!! — and have always felt that they were less like friends and more like family. They are such awesome people and I was so excited when out of the blue Chip texted me saying they were thinking about selling their condo + trading up for a larger home in Clovis.
We began searching and came across a spacious home in a highly-sought after neighborhood. The home had tall ceilings, an open concept floorplan, a HUGE loft, and the dreamiest backyard. They knew it was the one, and we made an offer that same day. Despite the fact that there were multiple offers on the table, a few short days later we opened up escrow!
I once had a mentor tell me to expect the unexpected when it comes to real estate and this escrow was surely an example of that. We ran into some challenges along the way but with the help of our awesome team were able to figure out a solution to close in just 30 days. Although it was stressful at times, Chip and Abby stayed cool calm and collected and at the end of the day were able to purchase their dream home.
