Erica
Erica is one of the most genuine, sweet, and downright HILARIOUS people I have ever met.
I met Erica over 5 years ago at our favorite spin studio. Her spirit is absolutely infectious— she lights up every room she walks into and leaves every person better than she found them. I knew when she contacted me about buying a new home and selling her current home I was in for a treat.
Let’s rewind to 2 years ago. Erica sent me the listing of a home she fell in love with. She wasn’t really in the market to buy, but this particular home was in a neighborhood she loved, had plenty of room for her and her family, and just felt RIGHT. Some of her best friends even lived directly across the street for crying out loud!
Unfortunately in the craziness of the market at the time, the home sold instantly. But you know what they say…. what is meant to be will always find a way.
Fastforward to 2022, the home comes back on the market. The sellers were moving out of state but had put a lot of love into improving the home for the few years they owned it. We went to go see it in person on a Thursday afternoon, and Erica loved it even more than she did several years prior. We made an offer that same day and by Sunday night we had confirmation that her offer was accepted. Step one— secure the dream home… CHECK ✔️
It was now time to sell Erica’s current home. We quickly prepped the house for sale, put it on the market, and said some prayers that the right buyer would come along. And they did! As nerve-wracking as the process of selling and buying at the same time can be, every step of the way Erica was patient, teachable, and trusted the process. We ended up selling her home for top dollar, and closing on her current home and new home within a day of each other!
Once again, Kyle Telles with Alameda Mortgage handled the loan beautifully and got Erica an amazing rate in a shifting market. His attention to detail and professionalism made this deal happen!
I could not be more excited for Erica and her family! Erica truly is such a pleasure to have as a client, but even more so as a friend.
