Michele
On a hot summer day a few months ago I met with Michele at my office after being connected through a past client. Even after years of conducting buyer’s consultations, I still am always nervous before meeting with a new client. I want to make sure that I provide my clients with 5-star service, but not only that… I want them to like me! Thankfully Michele’s bright smile and infectious energy put me at immediate ease and our conversation was effortless. We talked about her wants and needs, and went over the entire buying process from A-Z.
Off to the races we went, and we covered a lot of ground! We started our search in Clovis and looked at lots of different neighborhoods. One afternoon we came across a brand new listing in Clovis while we were out looking and immediately added it onto our agenda. And as fate would have it… it was the one!
The home was recently remodeled and had all the move-in ready perks that Michele was looking for. Our only obstacle was that the house had 6 other offers on it that were all very similar. We submitted our offer with fingers crossed and patiently waited for the seller to respond. I was so excited to be able to deliver the news to Michele that our offer was accepted!
Just a month later I was handing Michele keys to her new home! I am so thankful for the opportunity to represent her as her Realtor and be a small part of her starting this new chapter. And the MOST fun part was being able to hand her keys with our AMAZING loan officer Jessica Gonzalez this past Friday.
