Niki + Sean

Niki and Sean are some of my oldest and dearest clients. I helped them sell their first home in Clovis and upgrade to a gorgeous new home back in 2015. A lot has changed since then but a few things have remained the same— Niki & Sean’s down to earth nature, their hilarious sense of humors, and how much I love working with them.

Since 2015, Niki and Sean have had two adorable kiddos, Niki opened up her own law firm, and Sean changed careers. This family does it ALL and then some. For the last few years, they have been kicking around the idea of upgrading their home again to find something with more square footage, a larger backyard, and a pool.. It would take the perfect home to make them move though, as they had over the years painstakingly upgraded their current home to perfection.

As fate would have it, that perfect home came on the market at just the right time. When we first walked through the home, Niki confidently exclaimed, “Yep. This is my house. It’s done.” She was right. We competed with multiple offers and agonized as we waited on a response from the seller. But whatever Niki manifests can not be undone. We recieved the good news and closed escrow 30 days later.

Closing day was super special. We met at the house with Niki’s family and our trusted lender Kyle Telles who coordinated all the financing needed to close quickly and seamlessly. We sipped champagne, watched the kids run around their new home, and laughed as we shared stories and looked forward to the new chapter of Niki & Sean’s story.

Having lifelong clients who trust me to help guide them in navigating where they do life has been one of the greatest blessing in my business. I could not be more excited for Niki & Sean and their beautiful family.
