Spencer + Lorenza

Working with Spencer & Lorenza was a dream! Selling a home to someone who is not going to see it in person until after closing day is always nerve-wracking, but Spencer and Lorenza made it feel easy.

I was connected to Spencer through his mom who is a real estate agent on the coast. Spencer was living in Atlanta and had gotten an exciting new job opportunity that would bring him and his family to Fresno, and his timeline to move was fast approaching.

We hit the ground running looking for homes that fit their criteria. The market was moving quickly at this time and after a few multiple offer situations, we kept the faith that the right home would come up.

In the perfect timing, a great home hit the market that checked all his family’s boxes. This home had a bright and airy feel to it— with an open floorplan, updated kitchen, and resort-like backyard.

We made an offer and received the good news a few days later that the house would be theirs! Less than 30 days later we closed on his new home just as Spencer and his family began their cross-country road trip to their new home in Clovis.

Key day was especially sweet since Spencer and his family were driving for DAYS on end when they arrived to their new home. A new beginning, in a new home, in a new town— the excitement was palpable!
