Yolanda

Yolanda and I started her search over a year ago. She decided that she wanted to downsize from her gorgeous home in the Sunnyside area and relocate to North Fresno to be closer to her daughters and their families.

In our time together, Yolanda and I looked at a lot of houses. We searched neighborhoods in her target zip codes and walked through many different styles of homes, all the while taking notes as to what Yolanda truly wanted and needed in a new home. She became one of my favorite clients— never afraid to speak what was on her mind and knowing almost instantly when we walked into a home if it was going to work for her or not! We truly had a ball together each and every showing.

In late February on a sunny Sunday afternoon, we walked through the doors of a lovely home in Copper River and the rest was history. It was a true show-stopper complete with an open concept living area and the most adorable backyard oasis. The ceilings were tall and had regal-looking crown molding, and the smallest details were what made this home stand out against the rest for Yolanda. We wrote an offer and quickly moved into escrow.

We closed a few weeks ago (in spite of a worldwide pandemic!) and I could not be happier for her as she embarks on this new chapter.
