Ben + Cynthia
I met Ben and Cynthia for the first time on New Years Eve. It was a chilly and overcast Fresno day— the kind of day that makes you want to curl up on the couch with a hot cup of coffee and binge a new Netflix series. But because it was my LAST set of showings of 2020, I was full of energy and ready to hit the ground running to find these two a home! We had a wild day that first day we met exploring a bunch of different neighborhoods from Fresno High to Clovis. Ben and Cynthia recently moved to Fresno and wanted to look at different areas and neighborhoods to decide where they really saw themselves doing life.
After a few weeks of searching, we found an amazing home in the heart of Clovis that checked all the boxes. It had 4 bedrooms, multiple living areas, an awesome yard, and a fully-remodeled kitchen. I could tell that it was a real contender for their family as we walked through the sun-soaked ground floor. We made an offer and after competing with several other offers— we had a deal and entered into escrow!
Ben and Cynthia were awesome to work with. As we moved through the escrow process, their attention to detail, ability to roll with the punches, and overall sunny demeanors made the process easy and fun. A short 3 weeks after our offer was accepted, we closed escrow and I was able to hand these two keys to their new home! Cheers to you B & C— can’t wait to see how you make this house your home!
