This one feels extra special.
Brandi just bought her dream home in Riverstone! We sold Brandi’s house in Old Fig last year and have been searching since January for her next home. We spent the weekends house hunting, making offers, and saying prayers that Brandi would end up in the right house. This was Brandi’s favorite home that she ever made an offer on. We missed out on this house the first time around, but when the original buyers couldn’t perform, we were able to swoop right in and get into contract. If we ended up getting any of the other homes we offered on... she wouldn’t be moving into this one— her true dream home!
I tell my clients all the time that when a home is meant to be yours, it will all divinely work out. Brandi’s story is proof that when you trust the process, the end result is always worth the wait. Also, thank God for unanswered prayers... am I right?!
