Brenton + Katie
I met Brenton and Katie in high school many 🌙’s ago, went to their wedding (still swooning over their perfect day!), and watched them grow their adorable family. Being able to witness so many of the big moments in their family’s life made me all the more excited when they called me a few months ago about purchasing their first home.
We talked about what their family was looking for— an open concept floorplan, a quiet neighborhood, and a spacious yard where the kids could play. We set off looking and after making an offer and being beat out by a competing cash offer, we went back to the drawing board.
The following weekend we found an awesome new listing, and went through the open house on the first day it was being shown. The open house was packed— we knew that this cute house tucked away in the heart of Clovis Unified would go quickly with multiple offers. It had soaring ceilings, an open concept floorplan, and a huge cul-de-sac lot. We made an offer immediately and crossed our fingers. After a (rather excruciating) 3 day wait, we found out that Brenton & Katie’s offer was accepted— beating out double-digit offers!
Less than 30 days later, the Malan’s got keys to their new home. On closing day we all met at the house, sipped champagne (sparkling cider for the kiddos!) and toasted to new beginnings.
Man… will this job ever get old?!
