Lauren & Steve

I had the pleasure of helping Lauren & Steve buy their first home together a few years ago. I have known Lauren since high school and she has to be one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Her and Steve complement each other perfectly, and I was so excited for them a few years ago when they bought their first home together.

Fast forward to half way through the craziness that was 2020 — Lauren called me and said they were ready for a change. Since they bought their first home a few years back, they had their first baby and their second baby was on the way! We hit the pavement and started to look around for a home with more space for their growing family. We were able to find the perfect new construction home that was only a few months away from being completed. It had soaring ceilings, one of the largest kitchen islands I have ever seen, and plenty of room for their family to grow. All tucked in a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Clovis. They knew this one was “the one” and so it was time to sell their current home. Off to the races we went!

We listed their grogeous home and received over 8 offers within the first few days on the market. The house looked and felt like a designer model home so I was NOT surprised. Lauren… can you stage all my listings?!

We were able to close on their first home a short 30 days later and Lauren and Steve were able to move into their beautiful new home!

Since we closed escrow, Lauren and Steve welcomed their new baby boy into the world. This is the part of my job I could never tire of— watching families make houses into homes with their families.
