Vern + Pablo

I met Vern and Pablo through a good friend of mine that referred me to them. I received this group text one August morning from aforementioned AMAZING friend…

“Hey Vern & MacKenzie! I wanted to introduce you two. Vern, you will adore Mack! She’s literally the best of the best & will take such great care of you guys!”

These are some of my FAVORITE texts! Referrals are the lifeblood of my business and I truly feel like the highest compliment a person can give me, so I always want to make the referring party proud by giving 5-star service every time. But no pressure… right?! 😉

I quickly connected with Vern + Pablo via phone and chatted about what they needed in a home. They were looking for what we call a multi-generational home, which basically means a home that has a mother-in-law setup or separate living quarters. Vern and Pablo were having Vern’s mom move-in with them. It was important to them to have Vern’s mom close but still have her own sense of independence with her own separate living area, kitchen, and bedroom/bathroom.

We hit the ground running looking for the perfect home but our search was challenging because there were not a lot of existing homes that fit their criteria. We quickly pivoted and started looking at new construction homes and found a Lennar floorplan that had a mother-in-law setup. We all met at Lennar’s model homes one Friday morning and as soon as we walked into the Sugar Pine model, Vern and Pablo instantly knew it was THE ONE.

There was the perfect lot available that was already in the process of getting built— talk about meant to be! Vern and Pablo quickly reserved the lot and into escrow they went.

A few weeks ago Vern + Pablo officially closed and moved into their brand-new gorgeous home! I could not be more excited for these two. I was so glad they found the perfect house but selfishly didn’t want the process to end because they are such great people and so much fun to be around!

Can’t wait for the housewarming party in that KILLER backyard!

XO Mack
